Shipping & Returns

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or exchange.

Cancellation Policy:
If you mind after placing an order to change, you can cancel it at any time before we sent out your package, and 25% cancellation fee applies. Most of the orders are shipped within 1-2 days, so if the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be denied.

Return / replacement:
If there are problems with the product, you must contact us within 3 days since you got your them, or return request will be denied.
We provide return and exchange service in the following three cases:
1.We made some mistakes of sending the goods (eg wrong size, wrong color or wrong style), or the goods have some quality problems (not being damaged by human factors), you can send them back to us for no charge, as soon as we receive your return package. The product must deliver our quality control department, if there are any problems, we will send you new products or money back.
2. If you are not satisfied with our products (goods are in good condition) and wants them to return. You must bear the burden of all shipping costs.
3. If you want to exchange your product through their own problems (pick the wrong size, wrong color or wrong style) .You must pay all exchange shipping.

Refund Policy:
If there are problems with the product, you must contact us within 3 days, because you have them, or request will be refused restitution.
We do our best to provide customers with effective service and gain satisfaction. In case you do not fit your purchase, we are happy to offer you a full refund (or send a new pair) under the following conditions:
1. We have made a number of mistakes of sending the goods or the goods have some quality problems (not being damaged by human factors), and you do not want to change a new pair, but repayment. You must return the product to us. When we got the product and make sure they have non-human factors or non-resistant external damage, we will give you a refund.
2. Our company is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and quality products. We strive to ensure that all products listed in our website are in stock and the price is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an item ordered is not available or we are unable to process your order, we will notify you within 24 hours to change the order or give you money to play back.

1. If you ask other person to help you to receive your order, he/she must sign in with your name. Only this can be deemed to be the rightful recipient of the order or you will bear any loss by yourself.
2. All orders address must be the same with the credit card. If you wish that we delivery your order to different address, you should use credit card or paypal address to send us an e-mail and tell me the delivery address. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, you must provide us with a physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise. We don't ship to P.O box address and require an adult to sign for the order.
